I think we need to get rid of that besides how it was, only at bars, restaurants, salons, maids etc. Went to subway and it asked for a tip, thats literally your job to make a sandwich and they get paid decently.

omg so I go to get my pick up order, PICK UP, and they ask for a tip when you order it online and if i out no tip which I didn't know pick up required a tip they literally wont hand me my food until I sign a receipt paper with the tip amount. So after already saying no tip they then kinda force me into a tip because they push it in person after alresdy checking no freaking tip

In Japan tipping is offensive because they take pride in their work and their service. Here they do bare minimum of their actual job and even have An attitude about it and expect extra tip??

I get asked if I want to tip when I go Sweet Frog. I got my own yogurt and toppings and you want me to pay you a tip for ringing me up? Even Tropical smoothie has a tip option. I say no to them all unless I’m at a restaurant.
