This is when I cry and feel nauseous and can’t sleep or eat, it’s a literal physical pain for me, unlike to others who find love exciting, for me it’s an excruciating pain, feeling like I’m losing my independence, my happiness, my identity, feeling suffocated, like nothing is under my control and also afraid of thinking with my heart instead of my logical mind knowing heart makes huge mistakes and forgives bullshit, hence why I have strong boundaries and built a wall around me
