I've been following you for a long time and I just now realized with show up 90 you get video instructions every day. I didn't realize that and THAT is the part I think you need to add to your videos. I didn't realize that and I've been here a year or more. As a marketing girly you really gotta throw in a line about the videos being included! I think I thought it was like a written daily prompt or we just pay in to bet on ourselves and get our money back so it's just accountability. Theres so much value there that your audience may not know exists. ❤️

But wait. Are you ok? I can’t tell if you’re overwhelmed by how well everyone is doing in your program and are continuing to promote it OR if you did something akin to buying a house with the money and then everyone earned their completion bonus so now you’re in an impossible financial situation. If it’s the latter, maybe the people who completed the program would be open to some sort of optional tip to show their gratitude for the program? Stay calm. There’s a way through this, somehow.

You could honor the refund or you could allow them to roll their payment forward as payment into their next challenge or whatever your next offering is. And that next offer doesn’t have a cashback

I have experienced this kind of “set back” before but now you can double your price because you have data to back it up. More people will pay. You can also get closers to help you sell “high ticket” digital products. Plus you can write this off on your taxes because you basically donated your time. This is what success looks like. I bet you have your biggest year yet because of this. Congratulations 🎉

So now you market the program based on the completion rate! Send guided testimonials to EVERYONE and use everything they are saying to market the program. Ask them about the ways their life has changed, specifics like actual tangible things. If they’re getting their money back they’ll likely be more than happy to at least do a good data packed testimonial for you!
