Here in the uk we don’t have anything like that but to me mowing your grass is just personal self respect wanting people to not think your messy or someone who just doesn’t care and even if you don’t care what others think I feel having something nice and tidy makes me feel good especially when it’s the same amount of work it’s just general self respect
