Hi girly!! I recently went through this and went on a glp-1 the lowest dose and it really helped not lose weight but just inflammation

Hi! I’m going through the same exact thing right now. I’m working with a holistic dietitian and doctor - it’s so mentally challenging especially after living such a busy and active lifestyle. I definitely recommend testing and working on calming your central nervous system. Also cutting out gluten was a big thing that was recommended!

Girl I know exactly how you feel, I’ve been like this basically everyday for almost 2 years , I have endometriosis and suspected mastocytosis, everytime I try a diet or a new med I feel a bit better for a few weeks and then it all comes back in full force, I’ve been off work for 6 months because I literally can’t function , just wanted to share so you feel less alone cause sometimes I feel like I’m so alone and it’s never ending , I really hope you get relief soon 😩🤍

First of all I would IMMEDIATELY stop looking at older pictures\ videos of yourself and take a deep breath and give yourself some much grace right now. This is not your fault and it’s nothing you can currently control. Your body is clearly trying to tell yourself something and I have gone through the exact same thing and am now on thyroid medication and it has given me my energy and life back. It is constantly still a daily struggle and some days I still have flares but it never gets as bad as it was before I got diagnosed. You’ll learn what works for you and your own body and diagnosis(es) with time. Just take it day by day and know with time you will have answers and truly things can only get better from here ❤️🩹

It’s so hard being chronically ill. Flare ups are so hard bc you have to do so much to feel even a tiny bit of relief . My go to for when I’m flaring is eating very aip ( anti inflammatory) drinking more water intentionally ( but not out of a straw) caster oil on my belly button at night ( get a caster oil wrap to put around ur belly ) hot water bottles each night as well . I have to take laxatives bc of my issues so I take them to help (biscoydl) walking more and sleeping more

I was diagnosed with gastric delaying and low grade paresis, tbh expensive laxatives (Prucalopride) and low dose mounjaro has saved me (i have dysautonomia also)

The beginning of hashimotos starts hyper then the disease progression goes to hypo, test your thyroid antibodies that will tell you if you have hashimotos. Get on thyroxine! You’ll feel much better and it’s easily managed :)

When my ex had hypo thyroid and hashimotos he found going gluten free helped him tremendously with the bloating, indigestion, feeling tired all the time, and he ended up losing 50 lbs too

sending love as a fellow chronic illness girl still trying to find answers 🫶🏻 things that have helped: implementing chinese medicine practices into daily life, castor oil packs, magnesium citrate every night, heathers peppermint capsules, whole foods + regular eating to keep my blood sugar balanced, cycle syncing diet + exercise, lymphatic drainage routines, saunas + heated workouts during the follicular/ovulatory phase

Hi! This was me for several YEARS. I was gaining weight out of nowhere and the inflammation was insane (still is high but much much better). I was diagnosed with celiacs and PCOS and now have several contact allergies. If you haven’t been tested for these, I definitely would. Unfortunately, when I was in the height of the symptoms, I never really found a remedy to alleviate the bloating/swelling. However, they were a couple things that made me feel a little bit better during the time- Icing my face (I still do this- it’s a great habit), taking tumeric daily, WALKING, and making sure I’m hydrated ( I found with already being so bloated that I didn’t want to increase or even maintain my water intake, which was obviously not great but makes sense when you already feel so bloated… So I started taking all natural electrolyte supplements every day as well to make sure I was still hydrated

💚I came across a lady that took fresh aloe every single day for 6 months and she said it healed her thyroid/hypothyroidism. I’ve been doing it for about a month and a half. I wish you great success! I’ve been through so much and it has consumed my life. I’ve done everything. I mean everything. Allllll!! Carnivore, then beans, Walked, cooked veggies only, soups only, GLP1 which screwed my gut more, lifted weights, name it. I’ve done it. 👉🏼Now it’s EFT tapping, aloe and papaya enzymes and eating super small portions. Sending you so much love and healing vibes❤️🩹🍃

I went through same thing things that helped - slept a lot (which was so uncommon for me but I forced myself) but truly prioritized calming my nervous system bc all I could think ab was how different I felt and looked- got a vibration pad to calm me down before bed even if I just sat on my bed with legs on it, walks and only ran during them if I felt like it but truly did not push myself until I felt calm, and also the sauna changed my life! Leaned on family a lot. Outside of that, smaller portions but not restricting. Tried to let my body go through it bc just remember - it will pass I promise!

I went through this years ago and it’s genuinely painful and uncomfortable. I was finally diagnosed with PCOS and put on a GLP1 to ease the symptoms. When I tell you the relief I felt once the water weight came off is unmatched. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, it really does a number on your mental not being able to recognize yourself anymore

I have pcos, endometriosis, and fibroids. I’ve been dealing with this for 12 years. I finally started eating beans twice per day along w my weightlifting and deep core and my severe bloating is wayyyy less. I’ve always lost about 9 pounds so far! It’s crazy! I swear it’s the beans.

This is 100 percent how I feel! Mine was caused by vegus nerve damage during a heart ablation surgery. Gastroparesis which is stomach paralysis and extreme bloating! Weight gain instead of weight loss and NONE of my clothes fit. I’ve never had a belly in my entire life! Insurance issues have been a big issue getting to the right doctors. You have to be your own advocate! Get a second opinion and I would recommend a holistic approach as well.

gluten free!!! it has helped so so so much, yes there are still hard days but the good days outweigh the bad! it’s not hard i promise just the discipline of saying no to it. not hard hard workouts, just long walks, red light therapy & vibration plate. it takes time but you will start sleeping so much better & feel like a different person.

Ok I’ve had similar issues in the past and still somewhat today. I’ve found slowing down and just pressing pause first makes biggest difference. Work outs walking and slower movements like Pilates barre at home. Then eating completely natural pretty much which is hard but it makes the biggest difference at least for like a month or so. Then drinking aloe juice (all natural and organic each morning and night). Kombucha/yogurt for natural pro biotics but also you need pre biotics. Digestive enzymes help too. Eating so clean. I mean like plain as can be. Making sure to keep a clean space like cleaaaan. Tea wise: dandelion root tea, peppermint, ginger, lemon and hot water w honey. Try to cut processed sugars all together. Also, you can’t focus on it being fixed overnight that causes more stress and more inflammation. You have to also fix the mental headspace and have grace for yourself and body too. I’m sorry I know it’s hard but don’t be hard on yourself and body. Try to destress and take it day by day to remedy it.

I teared up watching you because I FEEL YOU. I feel you deep in my soul. I have hypothyroidism, sibo and endometriosis. I cannot drink water without looking very pregnant - my stomach looks exactly like yours and it’s hard and it hurts to breathe. I’ve cried every time I get dressed, I’ve had breakdowns just looking at a picture of myself. I’ve canceled plans because of the “puffiness” and overall chronic inflammation. I got the steps in, I ate the right food, I took the right supplements… but I felt 100% exactly what you are describing. I was very hesitant to get on it, but, trizipitide at a low dose has saved my life. It gets ride of all of my inflammation. It had seriously given me my life back. I would also 100% have a dr. look into endo on top of your thyroid.
