@billythegoldenoldie: My beautiful Billy 🤍 It’s with the heaviest heart that I have to tell you that my beautiful boy has passed away. After 16 incredible years together, I had to say goodbye to my soul dog. I still can’t believe he’s gone. It was never going to be long enough. No matter how many years I had with him, I would have always wanted more. He passed away peacefully on his bed, surrounded by the people who loved him most, with his favourite teddies and his blanket 🫶 If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever. I feel so incredibly lucky that he made it to our wedding. I just can’t believe that I’ve experienced the best and worst day of my life in the same week. So many of you have followed Billy over the years, watched him grow old, said hello to him at events, celebrated his birthdays and sent him so much love. Thank you for caring about him and for always asking how my boy was doing. He really was so, so loved. Tomorrow we will be laying him to rest, and if you can, please light a candle for Billy to help him find his way 🕯️🤍 My shining star forever ⭐️ I love you more than words could ever explain, Billy. Until we meet again.
