None of warlords are fraud but buggy and gecko Moria and doflamingo. they just been introduced way to early and ruined their power scaling for the sake of the plot .Crocodile was way stronger than luffy like he survive off pure plot armor .The warlords can take down a yonko crew like no they’re not frauds .
