@russellruffino: Most people don't need to start again. They need to change one part. The offer. Or how people find them. Or the conversation. Or what happens after somebody actually buys. One of those is broken. The other three are fine. It all feels like one thing from the inside though, so people burn the lot down and rebuild from nothing. Then they rebuild the broken part exactly the way it was, because they never worked out which one it was. Start again if you genuinely need to.
