Why was Nyakiriga being diverted or shifted from Nabuyoga to Sere that side if not corruption only...There was Nyakiriga and Nyasigala during that time of Oloo Majanga's leadership but was being diverted to Sere and Nyasigala being turned into something else around mulanda there.
