I know in the old Testament the fifth Comandament is "don't kill" not "don't kill unless ...". I know Christ said "Love your enemy" , "Turn the other cheek", not " Love your enemy unless ... "Turn the other cheek unless ..." In that "unless" there is an arbitrary justification to any violence. In any case, there is a reason if Jesus came to update rules given 1.000 years before.
