Our biggest launch of the year is almost here! Before we launch, we wanted to share a few things that will help you know what to expect when ordering, especially during the first few weeks after the release. We’re expecting a very high volume of orders when the 2027 lineup launches. We’ll be working through orders as quickly as we can while making sure everything is packed carefully and correctly. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the launch rush, as it will take longer than our usual processing time. We wanted to share this upfront so you know what to expect before launch day. If you’re planning a big sticker haul, we recommend placing your sticker order separately from your planner order. Larger sticker orders take a little more time to pick, count, and pack, and when they’re combined with other products, they can slow down the processing of the entire order. Placing your stickers in a separate order, or waiting to purchase them later, can help your planner order move through fulfillment more quickly. For the first time, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our prices for the 2027 planners. This was not an easy decision, but with the higher production costs and fees that came with creating this year’s lineup, it’s a necessary step to help us continue making the products you love. We’re incredibly grateful for your understanding and continued support as a small business. To our EU customers, there are new customs rules that came into effect on July 1st. We’ve been working to make this process as simple as possible for our EU customers. To comply with these new regulations, duties will now be calculated and added at checkout for EU orders, so you’ll know the full cost upfront. We’ve been working on the 2027 lineup for a long time, and we know many of you have been waiting for launch day. We want you to know what to expect before you place your order. Thank you for being here for another launch with us. We can't wait to see what you choose.
