I’ve just stepped back on the amount of tasks I do bc she ends up changing everything I do anyways. If you have so many issues with what I do, then do it yourself 🤷🏼♀️

My manager don't like that I do things to solve problems quickly because she has to know first (even though I start working 2 hours before her) but when I don't do nothing and wait for her she ask why I didn't do anything and what should be done 🤡

I’d rather have a micromanager, than a manager that got their position and does virtually nothing and expects the team to just pick up the slack and do their job and then takes credit for the things they do

I potty trained my supervisor micromanager to the point he actually gave up, because I was always demonstrating to everyone that he was not needed. Then he was given parts of my old job because they gsve me more complex things. He tried to do it better than I did and failed loud and miserable.

I moved 10 minutes of my lunch break so I can change into gym clothes before leaving and told my then manager at like 1 pm. He was accusing me of trying to leave early even though I left at the same time and asked me to give early notice. Quit that evening 😂
