Just got my first MPFL and TTO on Thursday (I have to get the other one eventually). The raised seat has saved me. I use a walker to get there 😭

Absolutely the worst. Im only day 2 after surgery. I had surgery in the 11th. But, today was a little manageable just difficult

Done it 8 times each time 6 weeks on brace and crutches not nice. worse thing for me getting in and out of cars

yes!!! totally agree, i’m 6 weeks post op from a MPFL reconstruction and your videos were so helpful to sort of get an idea of what to expect!! a shower stool was also a must for me

I wish I would have had that when I had my knee surgery with six weeks non weight bearing or bending on one leg. Everything became a dangerous event.

wasn't for me 🤣 I was on the sofa for 6 weeks i pee in a pee jug but Yr before i had emergency surgery getting a stoma so 💩 in the bag and changed the bag there. only thing I hated was not getting myself a coffee or toast to carry for a short time
