Take it higher than Guest Services. Sounds shady. Totally unacceptable. Changing tables out should be done when they're docked or the room is unoccupied.

When they were asked to leave, they should have left immediately. Period with an apology when they heard the shower going they should not have even entered girl take this to the highest level. Don’t let it go cause that would have scared me to death.
