i haven't been flossing with braces on but i have been using interdental brushes and this other soft bristled brush for the gums (recommended by my dentist)

I actually didnt often floss when i had braces. And my teeth still turned out great. But i used a brush that went between gaps in your braces and teeth.

I heard a dentist on here say putting the TP brush in between your teeth is not good cause it can push food in your gums and you can get bacteria in your gums after a while.

i mostly do the tepe brush. i find it very easy to do, instead of like doing the regular flossing thing. i flossed once and it was so difficult

I was doing so well until my last appointment where they told me I had swelling, I quickly changed my toothbrush to a softer one and bought a water pick and the swelling went away

Guys don’t get confused! There was a bit of a mistake in my editing when I said “a lot of people they do this and then get white spots “ and then I had me using the tepe brush during that time. The tepe brush and the floss prevents the white spots and gingivitis
