if this was a regular green lantern show or a film with a happy go lucky hal I'd get it, but this Hal ISN'T that the suit is meant to show he's so jaded that the oa are starting to become AFRAID of him that's why its yellower,do I agree with the point that a regular green lantern SHOULD be green? yes, I don't like guy Gardner's design jon SHOULD have the regular design, but I can see what they're going for in hals design this is a tv show they have to cram every bit of storytelling into 8 episodes

Crazy how much dcu fans allow this slop… marvel and comic nerds haven’t agreed on a spider suit until Tom’s new one… iron spider half hated it, civil war they hated the cgi, other ones had to much stark tech, Andrew’s half liked half hated, Toby same thing… brand new day most of us love it…

I'm pretty sure James Gunn is doing possible early silver age stuff bc the suit was technical physical (I just found this out 2 weeks ago) so I assume the guardian gave it to him

i don’t think the suit we have now is really the suit we’re gonna keep, in some of his best runs green lanterns suit itself is a construct, imo i think these suits are ones handed out by the guardians but i think hal or john will make their own (hopefully more accurate) suits

them never wearing the costumes is my biggest gripe about this show. i mean at least have the colors. i like the show, but it feels more like a detective show that sometimes has the green lantern powers shown
