Nanami does NOT fully revolve around only winning m1 trades, you can easily spam ur r and use ur 2 ranged moves that block break, does tons of damage, and stagger the enemy. Technique Locust guy is technically a character that solely relies on m1 trades to win.

nanami and higuruma are same type of character one plays faster while one is slower simple nanami guide first just learn how to use ratio while doing other things like m1ing blocking using move and make it consistant reminder based on hp ratio becomes faster so some techs needs lower hp opponent like ratio air 3 and ratio again ok first of all you have 2 extra quick front dashes that are unblockable with ratio and will make your opponent weaker in m1 trades (1st move staggers arm that makes their block smaller 3rd move staggers their leg and takes away their dash) when m1 trading use ratio and 4 to get free combo(ratio is not a need but great buff) if you already won the m1 trade use ratio wait a little so your opponent can be green for a split second and use 4 this will most likely give you your ratio back by block or action breaking and you can wait a little before using 3 or 1(1 mostly better) so your opponent can be green same thing here just to hit ratio now you dealt great damage and you got your ratio back for another move and you have advantage in m1 trade do normal m1 trade and if you win(you dont realy need to win) do ratio and 2(normal version)wait a little and use 3 that will most likely will give your ratio back and will take your opponent's dash now you can just win m1 trade and use ratio with your 4th m1 to deal extra damage you can mix all these move most important part is you being able to multi task and time ratio timing is not hard but if you strugle with multi tasking good luck also dont forget against someone who has counter be carefull while trying to green combo extend them
