thanks for that. it helps the iron you eat to be absorbed.. I use iron patches this goes straight into the blood, lysosomal bisglycinate iron liquid or iron water which is gentle on the stomach and easily absorbed. Any of these can be used with it!

@Oliveia: I was given ferrous fumerate tablets, didn’t help. Then the GP gave me oral, and didn’t help. I was taking these on alternative days. Then I ordered Iron Bisglycinate from Thorne and I’ve been taking one a day. The constipation and bloating is worse ! And I have IBS. I don’t know what else to try
