I had a Walmart delivery order where i was charged $260.65 for two ny strip steaks. The price tag says $26.06. I am still trying to get a refund almost 5 days later. Why is this happening???

I work at Walmart it has become stupid. the online and delivery to my house is cheaper than the price in the store. shampoo $4 cheaper, rechargeable batteries $5 cheaper, dog food was $2 cheaper.
