I worked at Cal State San Bernardino at the time and we were on lockdown for a while because they didn’t know if the terrorists would try to attack the school. It was scary.

🤨What? No. IT was Virginia Tech 2007 Everyone was glued to News Updates. Then Sandy Hook 2012 This broke a lot of us. Then San Bernardino happened in 2015.

My school was around the corner from there...I ended up waking up late that day & didn't go in because a lock down alert on my phone said to stay away from the area.

My daughter was in kindergarten at a school 3 miles from the shooting, they were on lockdown & I was freaking out. I made the mistake of pulling up a scanner app to try & get information and ended up hearing (live) the cops yelling about taking heavy fire & hearing the gunfire during their brief car chase & then someone finally confirming the suspects were down. I’ll never forget it.

My grandma worked at the inland regional center but was thankfully out doing client check ins that day. I remember hearing about the attack when I was in history class and just feeling my heart sink

I remember this day. My partner worked at Lima Linda at the time. He was very close to this when it happened. My friend’s child/children had many dr appointments at this medical center. It was a tense day.

I was working at an worker’s comp law office that was nearby the incident. My mom and husband (boyfriend at the time) were panic texting me about it. We were on lockdown but then able to go home. Later that night I went to work at BJ’s and it was just so eerie being there because that’s when everything was coming out about the incident
