Wash potatoes really well 2. Line a large baking sheet with foil. 3. Place potatoes on baking sheet and generously pour olive oil on potatoes covering them really well all over. Use your hands (you can wear gloves) to rub the olive oil all over. 4. Pour a generous amount of salt all over potatoes, they need a lot of salt almost making a thin crust. Again, rub the salt all over the potatoes. 5. Sprinkle with normal amount of pepper. 6. Bake a 400° for 2 hours. 7. Serve with your favorite toppings!
