last night was my first night on cpap with congestion. let's just say it didn't go well. I woke up several times to find my mask off and sitting on the pillow next to me. I guess at least I'm not yeeting it. its going to be a rough few nights.

When you wake up without the mask in the first moment its not even that bad, but when you get up the bill comes quick even at mild OSA🫣 coffee still stays your best „bad“ friend even when most nights are good
