Its the nonchalant attitude that makes my hair stand. So heartless. So cold. The operator was working HARD to hold herself together. I can't imagine the feeling of hearing that voice say those words as if its another tuesday. "Come on. Hurry up." As if she is giving them a break and "letting" them have the opportunity to save her. Smh. Wildest story ever.
