@algorynto: POV: you are in a 4DX cinema and a flock of pterodactyls suddenly flies straight out of the screen. They soar across the entire auditorium with incredible realism. The whole crowd sits in stunned silence. Would you have ducked? 👇 #4DX #Cinema #Dinosaurs #Pterodactyl #Immersive

The 3 WORST places to work if you’re a mover or estate liquidator. 📦🚚 We work everywhere: houses, condos, apartments, storage units, high-rises, gated communities. But some locations can turn what should be a one-day job into a logistical nightmare. 1. High-rise condos & apartments 🏢 Extra insurance requirements. Elevator reservations. Loading dock schedules. Restricted moving hours. Floor protection requirements. Move-in/move-out fees. Sometimes you’re moving ONE piece of furniture and still dealing with a list of rules a mile long. 2. HOA communities 🏘️ Some HOAs are incredibly easy to work with. Others… not so much. We worked in one community this summer that allowed us to have only ONE truck in the development at a time. We were emptying a 6,000-square-foot house. A job that should have taken about one day took FOUR DAYS. 3. Storage units 🔐 They may look convenient for moving, but they can be deceiving. Long hallways. Freight elevators. Limited carts. Strange access hours. Poor lighting. And sometimes what looks like a short move becomes hundreds of trips back and forth. We work in all three of these places regularly. We just have to factor the logistics into whether a job makes sense. Because when you're liquidating an estate, value isn't just about what the contents are worth. It’s also about what it costs to get them out. A difficult location can easily make our labor costs four times higher than a normal job. Sometimes the antiques are the easy part. Getting them out of the building is the challenge. 😂
