That is a gorgeous and CLEAN basement!! BTW, try different bulbs in the fluorescent one… I have added in our basement and you can get really bright ones!

Can you add a wall to keep the HVAC (or whatever that is) and the laundry area secure so they don’t crawl in the nooks and crannies?
