when I was a kid my dad always took me to a beach every weekend because I have eczema and he said the natural salt will help thought every weekend and it did help

Also going to the beach and scrubbing wet sand on your back is a great natural exfoliant! I did this and it helped clear up a lot of my back acne 🙏

i don't know but i think the salt amount lets the acne line dry out so it turns into scabs and eventually fall out so that in the end it's"smooth"
