If you know me well, then you should know I love this food a lot, Jollof rice with honey beans. This one was made with fresh sardine fish Recipe Basmati rice Honey beans Sardine fish Vegetable oil Red oil Red sweet pepper Red and yellow hot peppers Garlic Ginger Onions Dry pepper Thyme Normal all purpose seasoning Chicken all purpose seasoning Salt Seasoning cubes Process Sauté your red sweet pepper with the garlic, ginger and hot peppers, then blend everything together Precook the sardine fish or any fish or meat you prefer Heat up your pan and pour in the vegetable oil, then add the red oil and onions Add in your blended pepper mix and season with seasoning cubes and the other seasonings listed, you can also add your own preferred seasonings Add in the sardine fish and allow it to soak up the stew, then take the fish out Add in your precooked honey beans together with your washed raw rice and mix everything together Place the fish on top, add water and leave it to cook Once the rice is cooked, take off the fish and give the rice a very good stir Place the fish back on top and your food is ready to serve #creatorsearchinsights #favoritefood #lethimcook #cookwithme #DinnerIdeas
