I actually had a flash back to this recently and realized that ride might have been where my anxiety all started. My mom couldn’t see well at night, had a SHITTY front wheel drive car and we had an hour and a half ride home. Every year she would be so tense and nervous driving that it made me physically shake in the backseat and tense up until we got in our driveway. I hated that ride every year.
