James Gunn is just the directorial version of tom king , meaning that he treats established characters like ocs and genuinely disregards everything that people like about these characters to do his own thing, sure sometimes..it’s not awful but it becomes annoying when you’ve got thousands of people in your ear saying stuff like “oh James Gunn is gonna give us the most accurate dc cinematic universe ever” when that’s just not true, he’s a more colorful version of Snyder and I’m tired of people d riding him and his terrible creative decisions, hell I’ve been tired since creature commandos when he filled that series with so much unnecessary disgusting f*tish content

Coxon told the newspaper that on the current path, the most aggressive risk scenarios could arrive fast — with things potentially out of control as early as the end of next year. He said researchers inside the labs have started using words like "crunchtime" and "endgame" to describe where things are heading. He also made a point of saying this is not hype. According to him, senior figures in the industry choose careful language in public, but privately express the same fear that AI could kill everyone before the decade is out. Coxon said he originally left OpenAI for Anthropic precisely because of its reputation for safety research.
