$500 a month extra for washer / dryer in unit is crazy, like, the maths isn’t mathing. I mean what do you do, just pay somebody else to collect and drop for that money? I live doing my own laundry but to pay monthly for what should be a standard amenity is just frying my British brain, haha.

I went from having washer and dryer in unit to having it in building and it was sooooo expensive over time and you’re constantly competing for the washers and dryers with others
