@browneyedsungirl: A week on Sanibel Island and we’re already talking about coming back next summer… or maybe even sooner 🌴🐚☀️ We spent our days on the beach collecting shells, finding hermit crabs, building sandcastles and fishing right from the shore. We jet skied off Captiva, went fishing and caught fresh fish to bring back and cook for dinner, and kayaked through Tarpon Bay where we saw so many birds and even manatees. 🐠🦀🌊 Renting bikes and being able to ride all over the island made the vacation feel so slow and able to take it all in. We stopped for ice cream, checked out souvenir shops and, of course, admired all the beautiful island houses along the way 🚲🍦 The weather was nearly perfect all week, and even the one evening it rained was incredible, watching the ocean completely change during the storm was a sight in itself 😊 Such a fun, simple week filled with sunshine, saltwater and memories with my boys.
