@cbsnews: "For Welles." September 11 hero Welles Crowther was honored at Boston College's annual Red Bandana game on Friday night. Crowther was a lacrosse player and graduate of the Boston College class of 1999. He worked in the South Tower and was on the 104th floor when the plane struck the building. Crowther lost his life when the towers collapsed, but he is credited with getting up to 18 people out alive. Those he saved identified him as the "Man in the Red Bandana." "I'm sure he would have loved it," Welles' mother, Alison Crowther, said before the game against Rutgers at Alumni Stadium.
