I’m pissed at Walnut Creek. I have a handicap placard. I had a very low glucose warning. I stopped by Starbucks to get juice. My placard was placed on my windshield. I was gone 10 minutes. Got a parking citation. Trying to clear it is a fucking headache. Fuck Walnut Creek
