Cameron Lyon, 23, was killed, while his fiancée, Abrielle Kerns, 22, suffered serious injuries and spent time in the ICU. Authorities identified the driver as Alvaro Uribe-Gonzalez, 33, who faces aggravated vehicular homicide, DUI and driving without a valid license.
