Mine was so upset about the day’s session, she asked my permission to discuss my case with another therapist to help her process what I’d said because she was traumatized by the story. I sent my therapist to therapy to deal with having to listen to my life story. 😂

I actually thought it was normal that my therapist kept asking me if she could talk with her colleagues about our sessions and get back to me. lololl. Seriously though, she saved my life by recognizing she didnt know what to do and asking for backup.
