We went to toddler time, ages 5 and under are allowed to jump during this time.We were in one area where you can run up the trampolines, not just backing up to the wall itself, but to another area of the park. At the top of the Trampoline is a net, separating the area we were in to the area next to it. I sat on my knees, holding my 1 year Olds hands bouncing lightly. I looked at my 1 year old, turned my head away from watching my 4 year old for a split second as she ran up the Trampoline. I turn my head to look at her and all I can see is 1 foot. I ran up the Trampoline to find her, stuck with 1 foot, hanging down head first between the two different Trampoline areas. Screaming bloody murder.I screamed for help. Nobody came. For what I saw when I was getting her was a 15 foot drop to a concrete floor with a ton of bars. There isn't any padding on the bars. No net to catch someone if they happen to get behind there. And how did she get behind there in the first place!? THE NET WAS COMPLETELY UNDONE, COMPLETELY UNSECURED.The response,

It must have come loose, it wasn't like that yesterday." So nobody checked the nets that morning? There stood the "manager" and another staff. They did not approach me, look at me, NOTHING. My child could have died. I asked to speak with a manager, no help.I called corporate they informed me that he would pass on the message and assured I would be called back. 2.5 hours go by. Nothing.I called again. "I'm waiting for everyone to come across my desk. Expect to hear from me by EOD tomorrow." No call. "Safety is our #1 priority" specifically noting daily and weekly checks of their equipment to ensure as safe of an environment as possible. The lack of even a response from the staff at the park & corporate clearly shows they don't care about the safety of the people going to their parks. It's absolutely sickening.4 year old could have died. With no answers from corporate #launchtrampolinepark #awareness #thankgodsheisok
