@.cookwithbrooke: A Little Roadside Stop in Apple Country 🍎 You know I couldn’t be in Ellijay and NOT stop at one of the little roadside farm markets. 😂 I grabbed Golden Delicious apples, dried apples, apple cider packets, hot pork rinds, a giant apple fritter for my husband, a whole 32 ounces of local honey, and some Hungarian hot peppers that I later realized were made in Illinois. 😂 Make that make sense. Basically, if it looked good, it came home with me. They didn’t have the fruit wine I was looking for, but I DID finally try the hot boiled peanuts. And y’all… I LIKED THEM. 😂 They had a lot more of those little red skins on them than I expected, but they were hot, salty and actually so freaking good. Apparently I like boiled peanuts now. Who am I?! 😂 #boiledpeanuts #georgia #apple #farmers
