I have worked with schizophrenia diagnosed patients and something that helped them was math 🙂 math problems, you can go from easy to any hard level you can handle. Do it every day, distress board games and complex puzzles. Forcing the brain to think and stay focus helped. Hope it helps you too. ❤️🩹 thanks for sharing
