Divide the chicken mixture equally between 7 wholemeal wraps, wrap each one tightly in foil and freeze. ❄️ They can be kept frozen for up to 6 months if stored properly. When you’re ready to eat one, microwave it to heat through or, like me, pop it in the air fryer because I LOVE mine crispy! 🤤🔥 💪🏼 Approx. 465 calories & 48g protein per wrap Perfect post-workout meal — high in protein, filling and SO good!
