It's because in the vast majority of cases. Developers who are new don't realise that people need at least announcement updates. They don't like being left in the dark.

we need a deadline on EA. maybe 2 years tops and force them to release or refund. alot of studios leeching on EA. star citizen.

Early Access now is just a shameless cashgrab so that the industry can release bs unfinished games, sell them for a tiny bit less than a full game and call it a day, releasing tiny changes for like six months and abandon it completely.

I got the perfect way to stop that finish the game before it realeases its not a hard concept to understand and its also not hard to do you just develop the game as you do and then once you know you a few months from being done then you announce the game and release a completed game and then nobody can complain that the game needs updates I know its a wild concept but im sure if they just gave it a shot it would work considering we've been asking for them to just release the game when its done for years now

I actually think the problem isnt as much with early access as people think. yes many abuse early access. but I think its because devs release games in such unfinished states that early access quality is the norm now so when people are using early access correctly they are just treated as a full release because its the same level

the newer gamer generations are kinda stupid if you ask me...🤔 of curse not all of them but more than enough... i took part at a closed beta testing. I read the description what we can do talk about and so on and started gaming writing down every bug I found and how I found it giving a report to the developer and a weak later I saw a YouTube video (against the contract to show game footage) from a young game hating the game complaining how buggy it is... 🤦♀️of curse it's buggy sherlock that's why we test it in a CLOSED beta environment
