It’s not even her recipe, nor is it naan. This is a recipe for mankeesh dough, I can’t remember his name but he’s a Lebanese chef on Instagram, he posted this recipe a few years ago. I’ve been making manakeesh with this exact recipe, you roll it out thinner and cook it on the pan on one side then broil it in the oven for a few minutes.
