I wish I could go back to the chiro.. unfortunately for my particular case adjustments and EDS do not go well together! I swore by it for so long and now they just make me so much worse 😩

I thought i tweeked a muscle, its been 2.5 months of back pain and decided im going to the chiropractor. finally went on friday and found out I rotated my pelvis. still have to go a few more times to keep working on it but can already tell a difference after one adjustment.
