YAYYYY!!! Nothing tastes better than the first sips after being nbm for a long time! So happy for you it’s making me emotional! Enjoy your liquids! People don’t realise how isolating life can be when you can’t eat and drink. I have nothing as rough as you but my stomach is completely paralysed with zero nerve function. So I vomit if I eat or drink anything at all. So I do still get to have things I just then have to spend hours throwing it all back up. I can relate to the amazing feeling of being able to have something after not being allowed anything at all. I don’t think anyone understands just how hard it is until they go through it themselves. You’re doing so so well. Your smile is infectious. I wish the world would give you a break. You’ve endured so much. I just hope things continue to look up from here ❤️🩹
