Looks so good!!! Congrats on your first loaf 😍 hot tip I would try building the gluten more so make sure you do the stretch and folds or coil foils. And then when you’re shaping the loaf reaallyyy stretch it out to get the loaf springy.

best thing that helped me was instead of using a towel to cover i buy the super cheap plastic shower caps from walmart especially if i cold proof!! Using filtered water also helps!!

Great job! I started making it this year too. One tip though. When you have your starter doubling in size don’t close the lid, set it on top. It can explode.

It looks really good!! When it comes to cold proofing I just cover my loafs. No need for wet towel to cover.
