Just to clarify, this video was never meant to be racist in any way. I was speaking purely from an artistic perspective. As I'm starting to learn coloring, I naturally find some skin tones more challenging to render than others. That doesn't mean I like them any less. In fact, both my mom's and my dad's sides of the family are Black. My mom herself has dark skin, so why would I dislike the same skin tone as my own family? The same goes for hair textures. I have naturally curly/coily hair, and from an artistic point of view, I personally find it more difficult to draw and render than straight hair. That doesn't mean I don't like it—in fact, I love my hair. It's simply about the technical challenge of drawing and coloring different features, nothing more. Please don't confuse artistic difficulty with personal preference or prejudice. They're two completely different things. #dessin #black #fyp #drawing #fypシ゚
