Red light therapy will help as it stimulates the blood vessels! There’s this research paper on it: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jphotobiol.2021.112212 in my opinion you look fantastic and I didn’t notice it at all in the beginning but I just wanted to add this as a suggestion :)

There are medical grade tattoo artists who work we people post surgery to return to the skin and colour match. I've seen scars be tattooed over that look invisible it's incredible. Maybe something to look into in the future
