you can also volunteer with no prior experience for equine assisted therapy barns. I volunteer with reins of life in Michigan city, not only has it been helping my own anxiety and breathing but you also get the reward of helping and seeing children who have hidden and visible disabilities shine with horses. its such an amazing experience
