Simply say “thank you.” 5️⃣ Spend 7 days without checking who viewed your Stories or engagement on your videos. Find out how differently you show up when you don't care. 6️⃣ Delete ONE escape hatch The backup plan. The “maybe someday.” The person you keep half-accessible. 7️⃣ Go somewhere alone that you've been waiting for someone to do with you. Dinner. The concert. The trip. The class. Stop putting your life in someone else's calendar. 8️⃣ Write down the name of the person you're still trying to get their approval.
