NO RECORDS "Ah I just farm and see" If you don’t know your costs, you don’t have a business. You have a gamble. Write it down. Every kwacha. 4. LISTENING TO EVERY NEGATIVE VOICE "Ah farming doesn’t work" "Farming is for failures" They don’t have to feed your family. You do. Mute them. 5. QUITTING AFTER ONE BAD SEASON Drought came and you gave up? Soldiers don’t quit after one battle. Adjust. Learn. Plant again. Smarter. THE MATURE TRUTH: When you’re the only one... You can’t afford to fail twice. If you fail, nobody in the family knows how to pick it up. If you win, you open the door for your brothers, sisters, children, cousins. You’re not just farming for you. You’re farming to break poverty in your bloodline. That’s pressure. But it’s also purpose. 3 THINGS TO DO STARTING TODAY: 1. TAKE IT SERIOUS LIKE A JOB Clock in. Clock out. 6am field check. Weekly records. Monthly review. Treat it like it pays your salary... because it does. 2. LEARN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT Because it does. Books. YouTube. Training. Ask questions. The dumbest farmer is the one who refuses to learn. 3. BUILD FOR LEGACY, NOT JUST SURVIVAL Plant trees. Buy land. Keep records.
