Oh boy, Yhwach never fuses with the entire bleach verse, You would have to believe he’s fused with the Garganta and Hell which just isn’t shown. He says he’s fused with All WORLDS, the Garganta isn’t a world, Hell isn’t a World (You can argue that it is but regardless the Garganta still is not). Meaning he doesn’t exist everywhere and nowhere at the same time (The definition of Omnipresence). “Time and Place” being meaningless doesn’t grant Dimensional transcendence this is just a presupposition. People say “No matter the Time or Place” all the time you can easily debunk this by just saying it’s a phrase or that the “Place” in reference is just the 3 Spatial locations “Wheco, SS, Living world”.
